On Sunday February 22 I will be hosting a Yoga Therapy Clinic with Surya Chandra Healing Yoga School (SCHYS). As part of the SCHYS training program for Yoga Therapists, these free clinics are offered to the public as practical training for students in SCHYS’s training programs.
We still need one more participant for the upcoming free clinic at Evolution Yoga Studio in Glenview. If you’re able to volunteer, we’d love to have you! I’m faculty with SCHYS and will be supervising the training; all sessions follow strict privacy protocols. Please email me, katiehoffmanyoga@gmail.com to RSVP.

Winter Yoga Schedule
Mondays: Evolution Yoga, Gentle Yoga, 11-12, register through Evolution Yoga
NEW TIME-Wednesdays: 11-12pm, Gentle Yoga at the Patten Building (for residents), register with Katie (katiehoffmanyoga@gmail.com)
Thursdays: Cancer Wellness Center, Gentle Yoga, 9:30-10:30am, register through the Cancer Wellness Center
Fridays: Evolution Yoga, Gentle Yoga, 11-12, register through Evolution Yoga
