Conscious Movement, Relaxation, and Creation
Join me tomorrow night, June 26th, for a unique yoga experience that blends mindful movement with creative expression. Conscious Movement, Relaxation, and Creation is a special class designed to guide students into a state of deep presence through gentle yoga and meditation, followed by an opportunity to express that inner stillness through art. We will be using conté crayon for the creative expression piece, one of my favorite mediums!
