Sun Meditation
It is cold, but we have sun!
I often find myself saying this in class: “It is cold, but we have sun.” When we meditate on the sun, we invite in warmth, light, and a steadying energy from within. This week, I invite you to join me for a five-minute guided meditation on SoundCloud or YouTube, offering space to balance the warm and cool energies within while visualizing the sun.
I’m also reminded of a time in 2021 when a small group of us would walk down to the lake to watch the sunrise. It always felt like a new beginning, a gentle reminder that each day offers us a chance to begin again.

Thursdays: Cancer Wellness Center, Gentle Yoga, 9:30-10:30am, register through the Cancer Wellness Center (there will be a sub for my class, Thursday 1/29)
