Practice Breath in 2025

Audio Breath Practice by Katie on Sound Cloud

Hello!

I started an audio breath practice on Sound Cloud at the beginning of January and you are invited to join me (free!)…

  • This practice is recommended if you are familiar with breath as it relates to a yoga practice and you already have an inhale and an exhale that is at least the count of 6 (meaning you can inhale for 6 seconds and exhale for 6 seconds).

  • The audio practices I share are intended to be done every day but since we all are living a life sometimes this does not happen. If you miss a practice, simply pick up where you left off and continue.

  • I will share a link every two weeks with a new audio practice (the next one will upload February 3rd). I will also share the written practice in Sound Cloud (there is also a Sound Cloud app you can download on your phone).

  • If you consistently practice your breathing weekly your breath capacity will significantly increase this year!

Right now there are three practices that have been uploaded to my Sound Cloud page. Here is the LINK to breathe! Please spend two weeks with each practice to see how it feels for you.

Thursdays, The Patten Building (for residents), 11-12, Gentle Yoga, in person only. If you are a new student email Katie to register, pay in person.
