At the beginning of last week we started the week off talking about Tapas, the idea of cultivating the discipline to do our practice, and by Friday we ended on the subject of community. I shared one of my favorite written pieces on community in class Friday:

SPECIAL CLASS: Join me for two special Yoga Nidra classes this December at Evolution Yoga, just in time for the rush of the holiday season! Yoga nidra, or yogic sleep as it is commonly known, is an immensely powerful yoga technique, and one of the easiest practices to develop and maintain. After the yoga nidra practice, students will have the opportunity to express themselves by journaling or drawing in their own journals.
